Organizing the order in which your team counts the inventory items is the key to a successful and effortless count. Doing so will allow them to count in a "shelf to sheet" manner instead of the opposite.

To start, head over to your count main page. From there, click on the three little dots next to the “new count” button and select the option “manage counting order”. This will open up a page with your storages as tabs.

Add/Remove items

Select the storage you wish to organize and start adding inventory items to the list by clicking on the “+” button. Keep in mind that the first item to be counted should be at the top, and the last item should be at the bottom of the list.

You can add items above or below another items at any moment by using the "↑+" and "↓+" button.

Use the trash bin button to remove the item from the list.

Organize

You can re-arrange the order using the move button by clicking and dragging the items where you want.

Items that have not been added to the list will be automatically be added to the bottom of the list.

NOTE : If you can’t find the item in the drop-down list, make sure you have added that storage to the item in the item’s information sheet.
