Under the Human Resources section on the left-hand side menu, you will find the Employees button. Once you click on it you will be taken to the Employee list.
Here you can see a list of employees and their records in Piecemeal. You can easily search those records using the search box near the top.
For every employee you can quickly see the following information:
- Name: Name of the employee
- Status: Active or inactive
- Titles (roles): the role or roles they play in your business
- Salary: their salary
- Pending Requests: if they have pending requests that require attention
Under the role tab, you will see a list of common roles employees may have with your business. Feel free to create roles present in your business that we have not been listed here.
To add a role simply click the “NEW ROLE” green button, enter the role name and give it a unique color. The color coding can be useful when creating schedules.
