In Piecemeal, much like in your establishment, you can collaborate with your colleagues on the same platform. Your colleague might do counts, they might manage other co-workers schedules and you want to manage who does what. Here is how you achieve it
To invite coworkers, simply click on your location's name and then click on Manage Users
Then, click on the Invite User button
A pop-up will appear where you will first need to enter information on the user you wish to invite (First Name, Second Name, Email).
You will then be asked to confirm the permissions in regards to Owner information, Inventory Management, Menu Engineering, Purchasing, Human Resources, Sales & Reports.
For each you will need to specify the level of permission you wish to give.
Edit: Full permissions to add / modify / delete data
View: Section can be viewed but the data can't be modified
Limited: Data is only available to support other sections(calculations in the background) and can't be viewed directly
None: Most secure! Data is not accessible in any way.
Your invited teammates will receive an email inviting them to your location. They will have to create a Piecemeal account if they don't have one.
